  • Mondays 6:00am, 7:00am, 8:00am, 4:45pm, 6:00pm

    Tuesdays 6:00am, 7:00am, 8:00am, 4:45pm, 6:00pm, 7:00pm

    Wednesdays 6:00am, 7:00am, 4:45pm, 6:00pm

    Thursdays 6:00am, 7:00am, 8:00am, 4:45pm, 6:00pm, 7:00pm

    Fridays 7:00am

    55 minutes

  • Saturdays & Sundays 8:00am

    All fitness levels welcome

    45-55 minutes

  • 90 minutes class between warm up/stretch & workout. Lower body strength focused session. All fitness levels are welcome, but class is ideal for moderate to experieced clients! 2-4 weekend days per month, either Saturday 11:30am or Sunday at 9:30am. Check schedule on Wodify!
