90 minutes class between warm up/stretch & workout. Lower body strength focused session. All fitness levels are welcome, but class is ideal for moderate to experieced clients! 2-4 weekend days per month, either Saturday 11:30am or Sunday at 9:30am. Check schedule on Wodify!
